Directions

By Car

From the south of Scotland and England take the A9 north of Glasgow or Edinburgh, turn off at Dalwhinnie onto the A86, driving past Loch Laggan for about 26 miles and you will find us on the left hand side of the road. From Inverness, take the Fort William road, driving along the shores of famous Loch Ness, past Fort Augustus and take a left at Spean Bridge (before Fort William), drive through Spean Bridge and Roy Bridge and you will find us on the right hand side of the road about a mile after the Glenspean Lodge Hotel (which is on the left).

By Air

The nearest airport is Inverness (65 miles approx). There are more international and domestic flights to Edinburgh (105 miles approx.) and Glasgow (95 miles approx) and a number of our guests arrive at these airports. If not hiring a car, there is a train connection from Glasgow to Tulloch Station (railway station) where we can collect you by arrangement.

By Train

One of the most comfortable ways to travel from London or the south of the UK is by train. We are lucky to have a daily (except Saturday) overnight sleeper from London Euston to Tulloch Station which leaves around 9pm (depending on the day), arriving the following morning at Tulloch Station around 9.00am. For the return journey from Tulloch Station to London Euston, trains leave around 8.30pm arriving in London the following day just before 8.00am. This schedule is ideal and we offer a courtesy pick-up from Tulloch Station if required. There are more frequent services from major cities in Scotland such as Edinburgh, Glasgow and Inverness; we suggest you contact Scot Rail.
